SkinRNs is a physician supervised medical spa under the direction of Dr. Brian Crenshaw, M.D., located in Texarkana Texas.


SkinRNs was founded by Brandy Early and Holland Meador, two registered nurses and friends with similar views on aesthetics, family and motherhood.


Brandy and Holland have a combined 25 years experience as Registered Nurses and a similar dream to start working in an industry they have both come to love. SkinRNs goal is to provide subtle, natural results and for each client to love the skin they're in. SkinRNs provides injectables, aesthetic services, weight loss, IV hydration, Skin Pen micro needling and high-quality retail skincare.
